Kristin is a family lawyer who helps clients navigate separation, divorce, parenting issues, and financial disputes with clarity, practicality, and genuine care. Her practice covers the full spectrum of family law matters, including high-conflict parenting disputes and high-net-worth or complex property division, such as matters involving business ownership, multi-jurisdictional assets, and the need for valuations or expert input.

Kristin approaches each matter knowing that every family’s circumstances are unique. By focusing on what truly matters to her client, and understanding the dynamics at play on both sides, she finds creative, durable solutions that support long-term stability and reduce the likelihood of future disputes. She is a skilled negotiator who often resolves matters through mediation or alternative dispute resolution, and she is equally comfortable advocating for clients in court when litigation is necessary.
Kristin also advises clients on cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, as well as wills and estates matters connected to new relationships, separation, or major life changes. She believes that thoughtful planning, whether at the beginning or end of a relationship, is essential to protecting a client’s best interests and ensuring their wishes are carried out.
Outside of work, Kristin stays active in Calgary’s sports community. She plays slow-pitch and hockey, runs several fantasy football leagues, and enjoys exploring new restaurants around the city. Her dog, Archie, is a constant companion and her favourite teammate.
