During times of intense family conflict and difficulty, Cindy serves as a port in the storm helping clients navigate their divorce or separation. Cindy has been practicing Family Law since 2010 and has extensive experience assisting clients with disputes involving parenting, support and property division. Always focused on the big picture, Cindy works with clients to help them understand their options and the steps required to reach a settlement
A trained mediator, Cindy seeks out opportunities to resolve disputes in a timely and private manner whenever possible. Her calm and confident demeanour provides clients with reassurance that their voice is being heard and that their best interests are being defended.
When required, Cindy is always prepared to progress a family dispute through the courts. She makes regular appearances in Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench. She takes great pride in helping clients put a difficult period of their lives behind them so that they can move forward towards a brighter future. Cindy also advises clients on pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements, as well as estate planning, personal directives, and powers of attorney.
Cindy has always been drawn to assisting people in their time of need. She is a regular volunteer for Calgary Legal Guidance and can also be found playing the piano and sharing her life-long interest in music in a local seniors’ residence.
